The children of this age group are coming away from the safety and warmth of their homes. The foremost task for the facilitators is to help children make smooth transition from home to school.Once the comfort zone sets in for the children, they are able to master the basics of reading, writing and arithmetic. The big rocks of curriculum development in these foundational years are Language Development and Presentation Skill.

This is achieved by giving a special place to English within the curriculum as it pervades all subjects. It is very important to remember that all other subjects need the skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing and good presentation for 'effective' learning to happen.

Classes I to V

At this age, children are encouraged to make healthy adjustments in school. The classroom learning is made more meaningful and enjoyable. A long standing relationship with formal and informal learning situations is inculcated to make them ready for more abstract academic challenges. These are realised through XSEED curriculum.

Curriculam builds a strong foundation of concepts for students by using experimental and research based methods to ensure that all the students understand all concepts at school. Its purpose is to ensure that each child passes out of school with sound understanding of concepts, a confidence in himself/herself, an ability to communicate proficiently and a life-long yearning to learn.

Classes VI to VIII

Curriculum builds a strong foundation of concepts for students by using experimental and research based methods to ensure that all the students understand all concepts at school. Its purpose is to ensure that each child passes out of school with sound understanding of concepts, a confidence in himself/herself, an ability to communicate proficiently and a life-long yearning to learn.

The Curriculum is aimed at helping students become active thinkers and confident learners. Young students are now expected to apply their knowledge in various formal and informal situations and communicate effectively with those around them. Formal learning and activities such as field trips, counselling sessions, personality development and workshops have been designed to promote self-awareness and understanding.

Classes IX- XII

This formative phase decides the professional life of a student. There are thousands of questions in the mind of students. Science, Arts or Commerce, MBA, MBBS or B. Tech, IT or Designing. There is so much choice. The facilitators are well geared in their planning and management to help students strike a perfect cord between academics and co-curricular activities. This is the phase when the call of the hour is to understand the importance of 'Time-management' and 'Man- management'.

Therefore the Academic programme is customised in a way to facilitate not just textbook learning but also to enable students to get familiar with the world outside. A detailed time line and guideline is put into effect for completion of work, preparation of classroom assignments and assessment.
